Structure and Mechanical Design

The positioner is built on a welded integral frame made of high-quality structural steel profiles. After welding, the frame undergoes stress-relief annealing followed by precision machining, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and long-term stability at critical load-bearing and installation positions. The frame surface is finished with anti-corrosion industrial paint, providing durability and a clean appearance. Frame color can be customized according to customer requirements.

The welding positioning frame is fabricated from premium structural steel sections and precision-machined after welding. Standard threaded mounting holes are provided on the surface to facilitate the installation of fixtures and tooling. The positioning frame is treated with painting and black oxide anti-rust processes to enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life.




Dual-Axis Servo Drive System

The C Type Two Axis Servo Welding Positioner adopts AC servo motors combined with RV precision reducers as its drive system. This configuration ensures smooth rotation, accurate positioning, and stable operation during welding processes.
